In this workshop, we will work with Dragon energy as a metaphor and guide for reconnecting with your own inner strength, wisdom, and self-trust.

Dragons are sometimes thought of as fierce but that quality is something that is provoked by challenge, it is not something they put out into the world unprovoked.
I will guide you in a meditation and then we will draw. With the support of Dragon energy we will connect with your inner dragon to help you create in yourself what you need to stand in your life as yourself, a person of worth, a person of power with compassion and resepct.

I am not an artist.
You do not need to be an artist or even how to draw. If you can hold a pencil or marker, you do the workshop. You will be guided on how to carry out the drawing and meditation.

Energy work, Reiki, guided shamanic journeys, and guided meditations help us connect with our deepest self, with our inner wisdom and hidden insights. Combining energy work with Art for Wellness drawing is a power combination.
I am a highly trained energy worker, and I guide you through the meditations as well as through the drawing.

Art for Wellness is using basic shapes, lines and symbols to create transformation in your life. It is a method to make change in your life, to connect with your thoughts, your emotions, and your body sensations to understand yourself better, to access your deep insights and inner wisdom to change how you feel and think which ripples outward into making change in your life.
With Art for Wellness you start with an intention and through the drawing and connection process you make a change towards your goal.
