Ho'Oponopono is an Ancient Hawaiian Community Practice
Led by a spiritual leader of the community
The focus is that we are responsible for the world we experience and live it. In this workshop we will use the wisdom of Ho'Oponopono and the short prayer to work through the challenges in our life.
Sometimes we carry hurt, regret, anger or guilt long after the original experience has ended.
Sometimes something remains unresolved within us or between us and another person.
When we are ready, we can begin to explore a different set of questions:
* What needs to be acknowledged?
* What does making things right mean to me?
* Is there something I need to apologise for, forgive, or let go?
* What would greater harmony look like?
In this gentle Art for Wellness workshop, we will explore the wisdom of Ho‘oponopono through guided reflection, creativity and conversation. You don't need to arrive with answers, and you don't need to be ready to forgive. Simply come with curiosity and a willingness to listen to yourself.

Who is Debbie
I am a Certified Teacher of the Art of Manifesting ™, Neurographica Specialist, and Certified Life Coach offering guided drawing to connect deeply with your inner wisdom, emotions and thoughtsentle, supportive sessions to make change in your life.
My approach is to create a calm, supportive space where you work more deeply on your intentions. I love how the simple act of drawing with intention causes change in ourselves and then we change our lives. I see how Art for Wellness has helped me many other people. I love to share this method.
My goal is to hold a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can deeply connect with their insights, gain clarity, and balance, and access the inner wisdom that guides their next steps.
