Whether you are learning Reiki for your own well-being or to support others, it offers a thoughtful and practical way to restore balance, deepen self-awareness, and develop a lifelong practice.
My courses combine clear, well-organized teaching with plenty of time for discussion, questions, and hands-on practice.
As you learn, experience, and share Reiki, you'll develop both confidence in the method and trust in your own ability to work with it.
About My Style of Reiki Training
My Reiki courses are intentionally a little longer than many others, giving you time to learn, reflect, ask questions, discuss your experiences, and practise with confidence.
Learning Reiki is about more than understanding a technique. For many people, it also brings a new awareness of themselves and a different way of relating to their body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
Giving this process time allows learning to deepen naturally.
To create a supportive and interactive learning experience, my Reiki classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of four students. This allows plenty of time for questions, discussion, hands-on practice, and individual guidance throughout the weekend.
My role is to provide clear, well-organized teaching in a supportive environment where knowledge becomes experience, experience builds confidence, and confidence grows into a meaningful Reiki practice.
Each Reiki level builds on the one before it, offering opportunities to deepen your knowledge, practical experience, confidence, and personal growth.

Learning Reiki for Yourself
This two-day Reiki Level 1 certification course provides a welcoming and supportive environment to learn the foundations of Usui Holy Fire Reiki.
Over 14 hours, you'll explore the history and principles of Reiki, the Reiki ideals, the Three Pillars, Reiki ethics, and the basics of the body's energy system, including the aura and chakras.
You'll receive your Level 1 attunement and learn self-Reiki techniques and hand positions to support your own well-being. Throughout the weekend, you'll have plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions, reflection, and hands-on practice in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
You'll receive a course manual, class notes, and a certificate upon successful completion.

Sharing Reiki with Others
This two-day Reiki Level 2 certification course builds on the foundation of Level 1, helping you deepen your understanding of Usui Holy Fire® Reiki and develop greater confidence in working with Reiki for yourself and others.
Over 14 hours, you'll receive your Level 2 attunement, learn the three Reiki symbols and their practical applications, and explore techniques such as energetic clearing, distance Reiki, and working more intentionally with Reiki energy.
Throughout the weekend, you'll continue to strengthen both your practical skills and your personal connection with Reiki.
As with all my courses, you'll have plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions, reflection, and hands-on practice in a supportive learning environment.
You'll receive a Level 1 & 2 William Rand Reiki manual, Reiki level 2 manual from Debbie, and a certificate upon successful completion.

Deepen Your Practice
This two-day Reiki Level 3 certification course brings together everything you've learned so far, helping you deepen your understanding of Reiki through continued practice, reflection, and integration.
Together, we'll review and build on everything you've learned so far, allowing your knowledge and experience to come together in a more integrated and meaningful way.
Over 15 hours, you'll receive your Level 3 attunement, learn additional Reiki symbols and their applications, and explore advanced Reiki practices, including aura cleansing, creating a Reiki grid for self-healing, advanced distance Reiki, and working with Reiki to support personal intentions and goals.
Throughout the weekend, you'll continue to develop your practical skills while deepening your personal connection with Reiki. As with all my courses, you'll have plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions, reflection, and hands-on practice in a supportive learning environment.
You'll receive a Level 3 William Rand Reiki manual, class notes, a set of chakra stones, and a certificate upon successful completion. By the end of Level 3, you'll have the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to work with Reiki at a deeper level in both your personal practice and when supporting others.

Integrate & Expand Your Practice
This two-day Reiki Master Teacher certification course brings together everything you've learned throughout your Reiki journey.
Through review, discussion, practice, and continued learning, you'll deepen your understanding of Reiki while preparing to share it with others as a practitioner and, if you choose, as a teacher.
Reiki is more than something we learn—it is a practice that becomes part of how we live. Over 17 hours, you'll receive your Master Teacher attunement, learn the remaining Reiki symbols, Holy Fire® ignitions, experiences, and meditations, and explore the responsibilities and opportunities of becoming a Reiki Master Teacher.
We'll also discuss teaching Reiki, developing a Reiki practice, and continuing your own personal and spiritual growth. As with all my courses, you'll have plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions, reflection, and hands-on practice in a supportive learning environment. You'll receive class notes, a Reiki Master manual, and a certificate upon successful completion.
By the end of the Master Teacher training, you'll have the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to continue your own Reiki journey while sharing Reiki through professional practice and teaching, if that is the path you choose.

Reiki is a lifelong practice of learning, growing, and deepening your connection with yourself and others. Whether you're taking your first class or continuing your journey toward becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, my intention is to provide a supportive, small-group learning experience where you can develop your confidence, deepen your understanding, and allow your own relationship with Reiki to unfold naturally.

Training Space
All of my training programs are available both online through Zoom and in person in Pointe-Claire, Québec.
My in-person classes are held in a dedicated training space within my home. The space is quiet, comfortable, and intentionally designed to create a relaxed environment for learning, discussion, and hands-on practice. To support a more personal learning experience, in-person classes are limited to a maximum of four students.
The training area includes a comfortable space for discussion and course work, along with a massage table where students practise Reiki techniques throughout the weekend.
Please note that access to the training space requires using a few stairs. You'll also be greeted by my small dog when you arrive. She's friendly but likes to announce visitors with a few barks!
Once everyone has arrived, she stays in the main part of the house and does not participate in the training.
My hope is that you'll feel comfortable, supported, and able to focus fully on your learning throughout the weekend.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
My Reiki training classes are intentionally kept small to create a supportive and interactive learning experience. Because each class has only four spaces, your registration reserves a place specifically for you.
Preparation begins well before the class, including planning, materials, and manuals. If you need to change your plans, I understand that life doesn't always go as expected.
More than two weeks before the training: You'll receive a full refund. Less than two weeks before the training: You will receive a refund, less a $75 fee to help cover administrative costs and materials prepared for your training.
Transferring to another training date: If you're unable to attend, I'm happy to discuss transferring your registration to a future class, depending on availability.
If an unexpected illness, injury, or other significant circumstance prevents you from attending, please get in touch. I'll always do my best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

While every student learns the same Reiki teachings, no two learning journeys are exactly alike.
My role is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, practising, reflecting, and learning at your own pace.
I meet each student where they are, encouraging them to develop a Reiki practice that feels meaningful to them.
My hope is that you leave each class with not only new knowledge and practical skills, but also the confidence to continue growing long after the training has ended.
