No art or drawing experience required. You will be coached through the drawing process.

In this creative, Neurographica workshop, you will embark on a visual and meditative journey through the seven chakras, using expressive lines, colors, and patterns to bring balance and alignment to your energy centers.
Through the intuitive process of Neurographica, you will:

Workshop Contents
You do not need to know anything about chakras. I will provide you with information and a workbook and I will guide you every step of the way.
No art or drawing experience required. You will be coached through the drawing process.
In this deeply restorative workshop, we’ll journey through the 7 chakras using the NeuroLotus process- a fusion of art, intention, and energy awareness.
I will guide you in the process of connecting with each chakra to listen and ask questions. Then I will guide you in the drawing process for each chakra.
You will do this for each of the 7 main chakras, then we will do a process to balance your energy system, and then harmonize your energy system with the universe.
The goal of this workshop is to release blocks, and stagnant energy, giving you more energy available for living and enjoying.
Whether you’re seeking grounding, creative inspiration, heart-opening, or spiritual alignment, this practice offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your authentic self.

Debbie is a transformation guide who combines Neurographica and energy work to help people access their potential, and unlock to grow as a person, reshape their inner world and create lasting change in their lives.
With over 4 years of expertise in energy work, and 40 years experience helping people navigate change, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart-centered approach to every session.
You will need:
* sketching paper, not too large
* coloured & black sharpies & markers
* highlighters, if desired
* coloured pencils, if desired
