The Mother Archetype shapes how we nurture ourselves and others, our fertility or creativity and our protection of self and others.
Step into a sacred space of exploration of the Mother Archetype and its influence on our inner world.

We will connect, reflect, and draw to bring resolution to past hurts and to cultivate gifts from the mother archetype no matter whom they come from. Gently we will explore our own inner feminine self and expore resources to strengthen that connection.

In this workshop we will:

The Mother Lineage: Gifts, Challenges, and Wisdom

The maternal lineage holds both the gifts that support us and the challenges that shape our path.

In this workshop, intentional drawing will be used to explore the mother line across generations, bringing insight into inherited patterns while reconnecting with the strength and wisdom within the lineage.

In this workshop, we will:

Through guided drawing and reflection, you will have the opportunity to bring resolution to past experiences connected to the father archetype, gain insight into how these influences shape beliefs, patterns, and our sense of support in life.

The Inner Child: Reconection and Compassion

The Inner Child represents the younger aspects of ourselves that continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, and reactions. In this workshop, intentional drawing will be used to explore these inner experiences with curiosity and compassion.

In this intentional drawing workshop, we will gain insight into how early patterns may still shape our lives while reconnecting with the creativity, openness, and vitality that the inner child holds.

In this workshop we will:
* Explore the inner child's thoughts and emotions
* Gain insights into early patterns and beliefs
* Cultivate compassion and understanding for our younger self
* Bring the gifts of learning from the previous 4 workshops to our inner child

Workshop 6 Description

The Soul Mandala: Integration and Wholeness

You are invited to create a Soul Mandala through the Art of Manifesting ™ drawing method developed by Collette Baron-Reid and Anna Denning as a way to integrate the insights and awareness developed throughout the series.

The mandala becomes a visual reflection of your beautiful inner self, bringing together understanding from your archetypes, lineage, and your inner child.

This creative process supports reflection, integration, and a deeper connection with one's inner wisdom and authentic self.

In this workshop we will:
* Create a personal and unique soul mandala drawing
* Reflect on your personal journey
* Integrate the insights from the Roots of Self Series
* Connect with your inner wisdom and self-appreciation

Leave the workshop with an inner shift, a sense of balance and a beautiful drawing using the Art of Manifesting ™ Method by Collette Baron-Reid and Anna Denning.

Who is Debbie

I am a Holistic Coach who supports people in connecting with their inner wisdom to access clarity, and discover new possibilities in their lives.

Through a unique blend of coaching, intentional drawing for transformation, and energy work, I help people release old hurts, connect with their insights, overcome limiting beliefs, and shift patterns to open space for meaningful change and balance.

My work engages the whole person; body, emotions, mind, and spirit honouring each individual as a fully integrated soul. By supporting personal growth at every level, change is deeply embodied and creates lasting results.

Each session is tailored to the unique needs of my clients, blending my tools and approaches to what best fits the intentions of the client. Sessions are co-created through open discussion allowing the work to truly align with what the client truly needs. Throughout the process, I provides heart-centered guidance while helping clients track and recognise their progress.

My goal is to hold a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can deeply connect with their insights, gain clarity, and balance, and access the inner wisdom that guides their next steps.
