Butterfly Spirit Energy Session Description

In this workshop, we will go through the stages of your life using Butterfly Spirit Energy to support us and using the metaphor of the stages of the Butterfly life cycle to connect with your story, conscious and unconscious, and to change that story.

You will rewrite your story from conception to now to metamorphize your life and bring it closer to your soul purpose and goal from when you entered your body.

In the chrysalis, you will connect with your higher self for support, self-knowledge, wisdom, and love.

As you emerge from your chrysalis, you will be able to shed unwanted energy, fears, and misunderstandings that have kept you stuck or held you back.

Using visualisations, I will guide you through each step where you will connect with you were at each stage of your life, connect with what was good and was missing and change that story.

With this process, you will develop a stronger connection with yourself and a deeper understanding of who you are in your core and what you need and want in your life now.
