Inspired by the natural process of maple syrup making, this guided intentional drawing workshop invites you to explore and reconnect with the strengths that already exist within you.

Just as maple sap is gently tapped, collected, and transformed into something rich and nourishing, you will learn to recognize, gather, and strengthen your own inner resources.

Then you will connect with them more deeply to support you and your needs moving forward.

In this guided workshop, we will:
• Use the maple syrup process-a powerful metaphor for personal growth
• Recognise the inner strengths and resources present within you
• Strengthen and connect more deeply with these qualities
• Use these inner resources to support resilience, clarity, and well-being
• Transform insight into a visual representation of your inner strengths
• Enjoy a drawing that reminds you of the support you carry within
